Back in late April I was able to take a few hours off from real estate and meet up with some old friends and walk Town Lake in downtown Austin, TX.  I brought my dog Maximus (Max) with me so he could enjoy the beautiful weather as well along with the refreshing water.  Maximus is quite the water Buffalo or Otter…. he loves playing in the water and getting wet.  I’m glad I carried my flip video camera along with me because I decided to film the forever expanding downtown Austin Skyline since I had a perfect view of it from Town Lake.   Austin is growing by leaps and bounds especially the downtown Condo scene.  Take advantage of the low end price points to buy in to one of many amazing projects.  Years from now you will be saying: “I’m...
